HOW DO YOU MAKE A SLAP SOUND IN YOUR GUITARS?, I USUALLY PULL THE STRINGS TO MAKE THAT SLAP SOUND, CAUSE I CAN'T DO THE REGGIE WOOTEN TECHNIQUE , I EVEN HAVE SEEN VICTOR'S WOOTEN INSTRUCCTIONAL VIDEO, SO THAT'S WHY I USE MORE A ABRAHAM LABORIEL'S SLAP TECHNIQUE PULLING STRINGS. I LOVE THE SOUND THAT BASS PLAYERS DO, SO THAT'S WHY I'M INTERESTED ON THIS KIND OF TECHNIQUE. HERE IS REGGI WOOTEN'S TECHNIQUE www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3xlEgwEVpM

If you're interested in checking out a great song, one of my favorite Japanese musicians, guitarist Miyavi, has an amazing song called "Selfish Love" in which the intro he wrote is an incredible slap guitar piece. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjQW_c-PyAk
Check it out.

WOW... i.. id like to see Ceasar play that! lol So would I. I don't think I've even ever seen an acoustic vid of Cesar on YT. (That may just be me though) And to hoi, yeah the acoustic is amazing for slappin' up lol I completely suck at it, god knows I've tried hahaha But that style something I'll eventually learn. Right now I'm just focusing on upgrading and improving my existing style speed
