My brother got me this Muff thing, I think it's a distortion pedal or something and when I use it, I tend to feel like my guitar is pulling to my right and I get a sick feeling. Is it my imagination or can the electronics be doing something or what? And just in case someone asks, my amp has the effects loop RETURN AND SEND in the back and it's plugged up in the only way that'll make it work. I've had two people say something about a magnetic field and some people being sensitive to it or something? I'd appreciate any help if anyone can give it.

First of all, gain pedals must not be connected at the effects loop, so I recommend you to change it to the instrument input of your combo amp.
The fact that you get a sick feeling might be the type of gain or effect it produces, some people are more sensitive to certain kind of sounds or noises, just like somebody tearing their nails against a blackboard or a plastic piece being slided against the floor, you know that disturbing screaching noise, some people tend to contract all the muscles when listening those kind of noises and are really disturbing for them.
Some other people may not feel anything.

So just take 2 cords and put it betwen my guitar and the amp? And thank you for the help. I'm a little new to the effects and things and haven't had the internet for too long.
