Why Youtube Cesar's channel was suspended

Me enteré algo tarde, pero no han escrito nada de eso aquí. Porqué han suspendido el canal de Cesar en Youtube???

Mejor aún, alguien sabe si volverá a tener un canal? Me llegó un correo con el nuevo canal y para hoy que lo chequé, ya estaba suspendido también!!!!

I've got it late, but there's nothing here about this. Why the youtube Cesar's Channel has been suspended?

Does someone know if Cesar will ever have a channel? I checked my mail today and find another channel link, but it was suspended too!!!!
